The *** has been very helpful to me. The payment plan they were out was very good, but when I got into even more financial difficulties unexpectedly a couple months later, they lowered the payments even more! They send you a lot of literature to help you develop better spending habits and decision making processes, too.

As I have worked with another Debt Relief Service before I am familiar with the process and the time it takes. I entered *** with $35,000 in debt. I don't understand why the debt has to get charged off or go to collections, but I believe it is to show financial hardship. I was drowning and now I'm not. yes, my credit score took a major hit, but what do you expect? I am paying down 5 of the 9 creditors fairly quickly. *** has been very compassionate and helpful with any questions or concerns.
Very pleased overall. The one small frustration is the length of time to complete is only an estimate but the reason is they don't know the exact amount the creditors will agree to. I highly recommend the program. I paid it off 8 months early which saved me money. It took me 27 months. Without it I doubt I could have ever paid the cards off. My credit score has already rebounded to a fair 605 and I have 2 credit cards $1500 and $2000 and don't want anymore. It's nice to be out of debt.
