I found that the conversation went very fast, too fast. I had just had cataract surgery less than a week prior and the representative was in high gear. I understand he didnt know that but sometimes I couldn't understand him he talked so fast. Luckily I had the copy of what he was saying in front of me. They were very easy to talk to. But they really didn't explain how this works. They let all my payments go late. I was never late on payments. It makes me sick to my stomach. I'm wondering if this is legitimate. I asked when they were going to pay and they just went silent and don't answer. I'm now worried they have my SSN and it's not legit.
