As the ad said, "I was drowning in debt". The person I spoke to was very patient with me, since I am 77 years old and sometimes struggle with websites. He gave me 2 options, we went over both and I made my decision. The application and set up process took a long time, but we are dealing with a serious situation, and I had plenty of questions. I just hope all goes well with the creditors. I was under so much stress.
