The lady that helped me was kind and informative. She made sure to explain everything and check if I had any questions.
Very responsive customer service and virtually 24/7 availability eases some of the anxiety. Most associates are quite knowledgeable and thorough. Might be useful to communicate a bit more with clients as to which banks or financial institutions NDR is currently negotiating with. Most settlements reached with banks eliminate ***** pct of orginal debt--a good thunk. It is hard to know how much profit NDR is making on monthly payments. They are making my life easier and more predictable.
