I think I had higher expectations then I should have going into this program. I was told it would be so easy and read so many reviews about how great it would be. So far it has just stressed me out. I just joined the program 1 month ago and I've already gotten one settlement. I had a creditor call me and threaten me with an attorney so I set up a payment with them but I called NDR right after because the creditor stated they didn't work with NDR, etc. I spoke with Frank and he was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about me situation. I just started with NDR. I am hoping that this will help me out. We'll see what happens with this. Thank goodness I am don't have that much debt.
So far so good. I'm waiting for them to call me back to change my date of payment withdrawal. Will be glad when this is over in 47 months. Everyone I have dealt with, except for the first guy, have been very knowledgeable.
Very pleased with the customer service and friendly agents. Very professional and helped me with all my concerns and questions that I had about the program for the enrollment of my debt consolidation and how to manage my accounts with all the creditors.. I will recommend NDR to any of my friends and co-workers.
