I get lower offers ftom my creditors, I see NDR putting off the creditors until the debt is 35 percent more than it was, then they settle for slightly less than the original debt. I'm able to negotiate on my own paying 40 percent of the original debt and it will say on my credit report closed at customer request, NOT charge off.
