***** was very polite very cordial and explained everything and made you feel very comfortable as we went through the whole process of all of the various pages and where to sign and everything and he called when he said he would call and he was just a very pleasant person to speak with, and I felt comfortable with how we set everything up and how were dealing with it. I appreciate his taking the time with both my husband and I am explaining things to us.
