My representative was very professional and answered all my questioned. I did not feel pressured with him as he asked a number of questions. He helped me complete the application. He explained in great detail the contract and allowed me to ask questions and provided accurate information. He was courteous during the interview. I was very satisfied with the way the interview was conducted.
