My agent was amazing, she spent over an hour on the phone with me and answered all my questions that came up. She helped me understand the process and reassured me that all of my concerns were addressed and also made sure I was comfortable in the process and the payments were feasible for me in my current situation. I am so glad I gave this a shot, I was seriously considering bankruptcy at this point.
Its very frightening to turn over so much to some entity. Everything was explained very well and I know my credit score is going to tank during this time. It was going to anyway. Its still too early to give a full review but all of my questions have been answered and it seems very transparent as to what is going on. We had three long phone meetings with the representative before going forward. He was didnt pressure us in any way.
