NDR is willing to help from day1. We are now debt free and thats a relief! For those who said it ruined their credit to be in the program, yes and no. Yes its part of the process because lets face it, you are unable to pay! And NO it will help you along the way. I spoke to ***************** (Debt Specialist) and had a very positive experience. He was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. It was very hard to make this phone call for me because I am embarrassed and dont like to ask for help. Al made me very comfortable and made my experience a very good one. Thanks to you and Al; I think Ill be able to sleep tonight for the first time in a long time.
**** was my representative and he made me feel comfortable during the entire process. He answered all of my questions with understanding answers that i didn't need extra explaining to. Very happy with a gentleman ***** getting my bills in order he answered all of my questions and plus more that I didnt understand hopefully Ill be debt-free in three years maybe before then if I can double on my payments which I will Im glad I can get back on my feet again and this company is helping me to do that thank you so much
I could understand ***** and he always ask do I have question. Very nice man. He read everything to me and ask do I understand or have a question. Very friendly . He made me feel this was the right thing to do cause I was struggling to pay my debit. Im glad I made the call. Looking forward to see the light at the end.
