So far so good! The *** I spoke with really went into great detail and answered all my questions!
The whole process was great from start to finish. I felt such a relief after talking to the representative who explained everything well and ask me questions to see if I understood the process. I had questions and he answered to my satisfaction. I know I will not have to dip into my savings to pay credit cards debt anymore. Now I can start saving again. I feel such relief and start my program and payments on March 4 th. Looking to fresh beginnngs.
So far so good-I believe I made the right choice and trust that I'm on my way to getting my life back- I will write more once I've been in the program longer than a day- but so far, everything has been handled very respectfully and professionally. Where I was lost in despair, after I signed up for the program, I believe I'm prepared to face this hardship now because I have a plan and hope.
