I was wary of this sort of program, but the enrollment specialist, ******** *., was very understanding of my questions(and there were a lot), and patiently walked me through the process. She initially tried to get me under a consolidation loan, but given my situation I wasn't approved, so she helped me get started in the Debt Relief program.
