Just started this program so only time will tell how well the program actually works for those who have had extremely difficult times due to health and loss of work / jobs. But, the initial client service agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So far from personally exposure to this type of program I can say that this organization has better compensation rates and more protections for the client than others in the business. He was very helpful. Explained everything in a thorough manner. Did not rush to get it over with. Had a nice tone to his voice. Did not seem offended or irritated with my butting in while he talked.
