We're at the beginning of this process and just confirmed our first resolution. It seems straightforward and helpful to have a company help negotiate for us.
Love the people who work here, they are nice & always affair.
I am paying less, and saving money, thankfully. But I have been enrolled for months with only 2 settlement offers so far. The monthly fee to them seems pretty high too, however, that is how they make their money so that would explain why it takes over 6 months to get a settlement offer. I have known friends that used other companies and had their payoffs completed in 2 years or so and I am expected to pay for 4 years...that is ALOT of fee money collected. That they settled it so quickly and for half the cost.
They work to reduce your debt the only problem I had was it took longer than we discussed intentionally. Overall I highly recommend them. They reduced one of my debts by more than half!
