So far so good. Just starting the process. My rep was extremely personable and we related on our birth places. Hope this continues and there arent any hiccups.
Everything happened so quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with that. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way and explained everything and answered all of my questions. So far its been great and I would recommend this to anybody that has hit a financial hard time like we did.
They were very helpful and I feel confident that this is really going to help my financial situation. There were a couple accounts that they did not work with but I still think it will work out.
Just finished onboarding my debt with them as a client, so far the process matches my expectations. Its a long road to freedom from this debt, but hopefully will get there.

Positive! My contact, ****, was not only the nicest person to talk with, but he was friendly, patient and very understanding. He explained everything to me, and a few things twice, just to make sure I understood (this was after I interrupted him about a small point which I was not sure of. There was NO judgement at all and he reassured me after I explained that I was a bit scared. By the end of our call, I felt so much better, and a while lot lighter! Thank you!
