From the initial call, it was an amazing experience. The rep who I had, Paul Fernandez, was an amazing individual with avid knowledge. He made me feel good about my decision to take this on and follow this path to help clear my debt.

Before joining the program I was in a dire financial state I was about to loose my home, car, and family. From day one the NDR Rep was wonderful on the phone and extremely upfront and personable, he put me at ease. They walk you through the entire process including setting up the savings account used to pay off the debt. The whole process was easier than I expected. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly, in a way that was very understandable, but not at all condescending. What I thought I would do is document my time with NDR. I was someone who actually read the reviews here and elsewhere. It greatly affected my decision to try them out. So here we are at the beginning. I currently pay $1000 a month without their help and with their program, that could be reduced to $488. Aaron was wonderful on the phone and extremely upfront.
