On many counts I have been satisfied with this company. They seem ethical and pretty straightforward. My original interviewer NM was intelligent, thoughtful and thorough.This is the second time I have had to do a debt relief program. The last time was back in 2008. I used NDR at that time as well. No surprises, they did exactly what they said they would do.
I had the most amazing agent help me with all my questions and explain the program to me. I felt like she really cared about helping me out with situations I'm in.
