Mr. Ezekiel A****** was exceptional and very adept at everything concerning the program. He was very professional, affable, and kind. I felt lower than dirt when I tried to manage my debt incurred after I retired. My independent 83 year old dad had an onset of very serious medical conditions and COVID-19 that depleted my savings.
