The gentleman ***** made things very simple, was very thorough and really seemed to enjoy his job. He was friendly, enthusiastic and a joy to work with. He def made the experience easier and more comfortable.
The whole process took maybe 45 minutes. After all was said and done a weight lifted off my shoulder. Qui was very helpful and understood what I was going through, he walked me through the process and explained everything clearly. I can't thank Qui enough for his help.
