This was by far one of the most difficult decisions I have ever made. It is early in my progress. I am putting a lot of faith in the team at *** ! I plan on following thru on the difficult days/months ahead.
***** ****** was the person i talked to, I felt safe during the entire process, I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer each one of it, even if i asked something he just explained he would gladly go back and explain again to make sure i understood the process before signing anything. It was a hard decision to make but the best for me and my family at this time, ***** thank you for helping me with my starting process, I hope more customers get to experience a safe call and process the way i did.
I'm new to this program,but I have hope that my life will get better now. ****** the reprentative I worked with, was very helpful and answered all my questions. He helped me pick the program that would be best for me. I'm anxious to see the results.
I was originally afraid to take the steps to consolidate but one of my credit card company employees let me know that she had used this company to help w debt and they were great!! Then a person from turbo debt text me and helped me to fill out the application He was very kind and walked me thru the process of getting approved.
Very hopeful and relax with our free debt plan. Great service and is very real, and reliable. Don't wait any more!!!
So far just starting out in the program they are going above and beyond to make sure I feel secure and safe about taking the steps to eliminate my debt. Through emails and calls and surveys to see if its anything they can do better to insure you are at ease with the process and everything to come.
