An easy, absolutely painless process! ******* * walked me through every step of the process, informed me of all the details, and I signed, and was finished on my lunch break. Instead of being overwhelmed by the high interest payments, I now have a clear term of when my debt will be paid off, and what better feeling than that? Just started this program so only time will tell how well the program actually works for those who have had extremely difficult times due to health and loss of work / jobs. But, the initial client service agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So far from personally exposure to this type of program I can say that this organization has better compensation rates and more protections for the client than others in the business. Hope the readers will give them a try.

He was very helpful. Explained everything in a thorough manner. Did not rush to get it over with. Had a nice tone to his voice. Did not seem offended or irritated with my butting in while he talked.
