I was really worried about starting the process but *** did an excellent job telling me what was going to happen and explained everything in detail. Thank you NDR and *** for taking some of the stress and worrisome off my shoulders.
**** was amazing. He answered all my questions, explained things easily, and helped ease my concerns. I really appreciate his patience and walking me thru all the steps and details. This was a great experience and I look forward to the next few years of working with NDR.

Great customer service but ** having trouble with the enormous fee they charge to do the debt program process. I have **** which they took down to half but they are charging almost ********** to do the work? Scratches head ?
Thus far, I have spoken only to the person who introduced, explained, and set up the program for me. She was very knowledgeable and obviously concerned for my success in addressing my needs. She answered my many, many questions and was very patient with me as I searched for the information she needed from me. When there was an unexpected (typographical) error in the contract initially sent to me, she did not make me wait for the correction to be made, but let me go about my business and called me back only after the correcte... read more
