Great experience setting up program with Jenny R***, nice and knowledgeable. Only problem I tried calling her twice and she never returned my call; I had to reach out to a guy named Jesse who was very helpful and answered my questions.
National Debt Relief paid one of my creditors off in the given time. I tlaked to them on several occasions to get an update on my payments and balances and was given an update each time. I tried to pay off 2 other creditors with 2 other companies and lost over $5,000. and am now with National Debt Relief again.

Alex has been fantastic. Endless patience, superior flexibility (my work day is volatile and hard to plan around). Great at explaining and re-explaining without obv frustration and in ways that is easy to understand. He's prob the sole reason I stuck with NDR (there are multiple seemingly equivalent options out there). Granted NDR's ratings and accolades are impressive. Alex was just the frosting on the cupcake. He is worth asking for, seeking out, to begin your NDR relationship, if I'm being honest.
