They have settled two accounts for us for much less than owed which is wonderful. They respond to my questions very quickly. My complaint is that there isn’t much communication from them. I will check my account and see a dollar amount next to a creditor which leads me to assume the account is in negotiations but I never get any feedback. Then the amount will disappear. Just started and so far it’s been good
They continue to work with me through my creditors, bringing me closer to the return of financial independence.
My experience with NDR had been really good. They answered all my questions -and slashed my debt down to 33% of the balance so far. And most importantly they made me feel safe thru the process. I was really worried about being taken advantage of and I never had that feeling at all. Its been a goid experience overall.
