Because I am dealing with various health problems I needed to involve my 3 adult children to help me and I know there are occasions when a lot of patience is needed. NDR is very helpful. They explain the process and respond to your concerns immediately. Each representative is patient. The negotiations began upon the end of qualifying period, and agreements or settlements are made/paid. I am truly a satisfied, and will recommend them to others.
