They are a good company for settling debt and friendly and professional. The only thing, which they can’t control, is having to add the money that is settled as income on your taxes. So, make sure settlement is what you want to do so you can be prepared.

Customer service has never been anything but helpful and very friendly. They have always thoroughly and transparently answered any questions I’ve had.
