I just started this Tuesday. After hanging up with the agent who started this for me, he really made me feel good about making the choice to do this. My only concern was that the following day I had a few more questions for him before Friday and after leaving a message I never got a phone call back. It's too late now, so whatever happens, happens I guess. I'm not quite sure on something and I really wish someone would call. Other than that it was fine.
So far everything is good. This has been a good experience
