We just started with *** at this point everything was explained clearly so we understood the process. The man we talked to was great so far. Even though we just started we feel relief knowing someone is on our side.

I just signed up so I can't say I have too much experience, but I will say that ***** was amazing! He was super patient with all my questions I had and explained everything slowly so I could understand the whole process. I had things come up either while we were on the phone the first time or I had forgotten that my daughters Open House was at the same time as our scheduled phone call and he was more than willing to reschedule and call me at a later time.
