The interview was an extremely good experience. Also, I had a great Analyst that made the entire process quite streamlined. She did a fantastic job. Only comment is that I felt the paperwork was much too long, too many pages and complicated, a lot to absorb.
Overall the program helps with resolving your debt. However, you need to understand that I felt like I was decieved about how the system worked. Until I figured it out completely. Although they do negotiate with creditors to reduce the amount you owe, when they contact you to give you the settlement amount it is very decieving. Alot of the time the settlement amounts sound very acceptable but after *** adds their fees (that they dont tell you about on each and every settlement) and costs to the balance it's not so good anymo... read more
