National Restoration Experts did a great job on my house. Specifically, Anis who was very professional and conscientious. Every step of the way Anis was so helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job; from plumbing to electric, to carpentry and codes. I would definitely hire National to work on my house in the future and request Anis as my project manager if I were to experience any other issues. We had a hot water leakage in our condo that did a pretty "good" job on the rugs and walls. I had no idea what to do nor whom to contact. The name " National Restoration Experts " came up and I contacted them and they sent a representative within a few hours ( that I could not believe ). Their work , craftsmanship , professionalism, and attention to detail was unbelievable . Living out of state I needed a contractor I could trust with both a "dry out" and renovation. National did both. The GM for my job, Paul, was easy to deal with and attentive to my questions. It was slow going at first but once he had the right person on the job I have to say I was happy with the results.
Of all the companies I have worked with, National Restoration Experts, is one of the best. They showed up on time, (which is rare for Florida), they were neat, and were very easy to work with. My house had a water leak, followed by mold. They were there every step of the way. Paul was in charged of reconstruction and he too was there for us. The house is together again and I am very pleased!.
THIS COMPANY REALLY WENT TO BAT FOR ME. PAUL THE PROJECT SUPERVISOR WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE ALL WORK WAS QUALITY AND CUSTOMER HAPPY. ALL AROUND GOOD EXPERIENCE.
