It Works!! Started using the silver unit for about one year, it really works and you do not have the chlorine in the water. Our spa water is clear and have had no problems since using this product.

Easy to use This is much easier to use than a bromine/chlorine spa just wish there was a way to see you can if it's actually sanitizing the water
Good product poorly handled. I’ve used this product for years in the spa and they work fine. (5 stars) Got a decent discount ordering 3 at a time. But Zodiac shipped them in an unpadded plastic mailing bag and the boxes were all messed up. (Minus 2 stars) Now, if I walked into a store and was offered these items as crushed as I received them, I’d hesitate to buy them. Just sayin’.
