Box was crushed upon opening envelope. As you can see by the picture, the box was opened and torn open like it was a return from someone else. The filter looked ok, but the packaging was less than ok.

Damaged package on the product box This is a great product to keep your spa clean. But go to your local pool store and purchase fresh. The product box was damaged and now I’m inconvenienced with having to make a trip to the ups store to send it back. I live in rural area and the closest one is 27 miles away. This product is expensive but it’s not any less online.

Clear water After putting this in my hot tub it has been noticeably easier to keep the water clean and clear. Using with a bromine system.

Disappointed on packaging The product is what I needed but I dislike is that they send it in the box that seemed to be someone else’s return. Was going to give it as a gift but was unable to because of how bad the box was.
