My friends live here and their toilet and shower has been clogged for days and have to go elsewhere to use the bathroom and shower. Maintenance is non exististant and no one is ever at the office or returns your calls. I won't go over there at night because there are no working lights and it's pitch dark with some shady people running around. They won't fix the lights either which I feel is an extremely dangerous issue. I feel sorry for my friends and wish they would just leave. I mean break the lease or stop paying the rent... read more
These apartments are nice. The woods that are close by are a nice view when walking to the many places that are close by in North park. When you turn in an order online for maintenance they respond within a day or so depending on urgency. The staff including maintenance are very friendly.
Just had a tour of the Naveen Pine Townhomes newly renovated units. WOW, absolutely beautiful. The site manager who gave the tour was very warm, hospitable and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to being a resident here, looks like a great value for the price and a welcoming community.
I have been living here it will be almost a year. My question have always been answered and my maintenance is done as soon as they can get to it unless an emergency then they come quickly. They just put in new led lights which lights the area that was very dark. It is a great place to live and good people.
I want t share my thoughts, I'm very impressed so far. I sent them an email on a townhouse and I love that they responded in like 45 seconds from me sending the email . Great Customer Service I absolutely love that. Thank you so much Naveen Pine Townhomes, YOUR THE BEST. KELLEY
