These townhomes are ran by slumlords. In a year that i lived at that place they have changed management 5 times. The property that we was in was horribe, the maintence people told us not to worry about the walls when we move out but then when we moved out we was charged 5,000 dollars worth of so called "move out charges" which we tried to ask them if we should do anything to the walls before we move out and they said no they paint the walls when people move out. Just had a tour of the Naveen Pine Townhomes newly renovated units. WOW, absolutely beautiful. The site manager who gave the tour was very warm, hospitable and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to being a resident here, looks like a great value for the price and a welcoming community.
These apartments are nice. The woods that are close by are a nice view when walking to the many places that are close by in North park. When you turn in an order online for maintenance they respond within a day or so depending on urgency. The staff including maintenance are very friendly.
I have been living here it will be almost a year. My question have always been answered and my maintenance is done as soon as they can get to it unless an emergency then they come quickly. They just put in new led lights which lights the area that was very dark. It is a great place to live and good people.
This place is a joke to live at. Trying to get maintenance to fix anything is like pulling teeth. When you fill out a maintenance request it gets marked as completed without anyone showing up. Constant bug issues even after pest control comes. They constantly change stuff in the contract without notifying or making you sign a new contract. This place is a joke! I tent under a bridge is better then this place. PLEASE AVOID RENTING HERE!!!!
