Dr moncayo is great the nurse that helps her the girls that check you out when you are done are great Elizabeth
My appointment was for 8:15 but I wasn't seen by the doctor until almost an hour later. This was my second visit. My first appointment was about the same wait time. I don't like that I have to use the phone system to check in especially when there is someone sitting right behind the front desk. I think this is a way to spread germs since everyone checks in the same. And I don't like using the phone system in the patient room to describe my issues to someone. Dr. Galindo was thorough and took time to listen to my concerns. The front office staff were efficient and caring. The nurse and lab tech also did a great job.
