Dr. was very professional and caring. She was clear on what my care plan was and the staff made recommendations about where to get my meds since I didn't have insurance.

You're able to get last minute appointments sometimes. They go over your lab results with you very thoroughly. I work 2 jobs so time is very important to me. Here at Navigation Medical Center they don't keep us waiting a long time.
Very good service
I usually see Dr. Sonia Moncayo. She wasn’t in and I saw Clarissa. They are both wonderful and care about your needs and you don’t feel rushed. I rated four stars because I find the phone check-in service impersonal. The wait was shorter than before, so I guess it works.
Got in super fast. Visit was very thorough. They immediately called in my prescription to my pharmacy.
