Cesar was able to fully explain the home buying process since I was a first time home buyer | he was great at connecting me w a lender who was able to find a down payment assistance program for me | he was also able to negotiate the option days for me also .. made the whole process seem very easy and not so difficult , Cesar is great to work with !
