Nestor was great, super knowledgeable about the process amd patient through it as well. Helped negotiate for what we wanted and needed. 10/10 would recommend. Also helped get us in touch with a lender who was also very knowledgeable about VA home loans.
Nestor did a exceptional job helping me and husband buy our first home. He was very knowledgeable about the market and did a fantastic job being the between communicator between us and the buyer's realtor. He got us in touched with a loan officer that specializes in VA home loans after we were dissatisfied with the Zillow home loan officer. Evan helped my wife and I through the home buying & selling process. We had a home built and Evan worked with us and the builder on the buying process of our new home. He also helped us with selling our home of 12 years.
