Good negotiator. Got through the buying process with very low fees and the seller putting a good amount down on closing costs. Very prompt and will usually answer any questions you have within 5-20 minutes. Had basically 0 issues working with him despite having issues with companies on my end he really stuck with it through it all. Very knowledgeable on the locations and very straight forward.
My husband built this house 30 years ago and there were a lot of emotions and nuances. Chris helped us navigate through the entire process. We are very grateful for the guidance and brining us a buyer to continue making memories in the home we built.
