I was assigned John through Zillow when my husband and I had just started looking for a home and had no idea what we were doing. John was incredible in pointing out things of interest in the homes and things that may need to be repaired or didn't look right in the homes we toured. We really valued his opinion and his expertise in the home buying process. John also has relationships with some great 3rd parties that we needed. Overall it was a very efficient and low stress 1st time homebuying process with John's help!

This was my 25th move so I'm a bit experienced with Realtors. I must say, Chris Jacobs is top notch when it comes to responsiveness, knowledge of vast location, neighborhoods, EVERYTHING Rhauderfehn had to do with real estate. Even his building skills came into play during our negotiations. Speaking of negotiations, Chris is ruthless in negotiations.
