I cannot praise Abes realtor skills enough! We had our house on the market for eight months with another realtor and saw very little traction. Within two weeks of our listing being switched to Abe’s team, we were having qualified buyers looking at our property, and I am happy to say we have now signed and closed. There is no more knowledgeable Realtor about new homes, their construction, and the quality a buyer should demand than Mamerto. He will always look out for you and your family's best interest. When buying my home, he explained the pros and cons of the insulation used, the reputation of the home builder, the upside of the neighborhood, and got me a better deal than I thought possible.
