Matt was AMAZING!!! When we needed answers he got them for us. When we needed to get things done he was on top of every step of the process. We were even able to close early on our house and all of that was thanks to Matt and his teams hard work! Words cannot describe how great full my family and I are! With out Maria our dream of owning our home would have. Or come true! Our situation was like no other but Maria did not give up continued to show us houses and was always and I mean always available for us and our schedule!!!! Nestor was AMAZING in helping my family buy our first home! He was very involved during the whole process and answered any and all questions that we had. Nestor was also incredibly friendly! I found working with Ruby and the Neal & Neal team to be simple and straight-forward. As a first-time home buyer, she made the entire process (from initial negotiations to the final closing) smooth and easy. Her and her team always responded quickly to any correspondence via text or email and strove to provide accurate information from the various groups involved in each stage.
