There is no more knowledgeable Realtor about new homes, their construction, and the quality a buyer should demand than Mamerto. He will always look out for you and your family's best interest. When buying my home, he explained the pros and cons of the insulation used, the reputation of the home builder, the upside of the neighborhood, and got me a better deal than I thought possible. We looked at new and pre-owned homes all over the I-10 / Babcock area and I am confident I made the best decision with his expert guidance.

She did an awesome job explaining everything down to the point made it really easy on what we had to do and what they had to do was able to close with no issues within 30 days. I would highly recommend her to anybody. She helped us in any way she could and was there for us even now that we bought our home if I had to compare her to any other realtor, I deal with I would pick her any day over them.
