They did a good job, I would have liked to know when they were showing up so I could be home. They do not schedule a certain time. But they did do what we hired them to do.
Prompt response and scheduling, small repair was included at no extra charge. Their representative explained their yearly contract but did not hard sell. Their prices are great and the yearly contract makes them even lower.
They scheduled the job quickly, did the work on time, and addressed everything including some items not part of the gutter cleaning but still needed such as reattaching loose elbows and down spouts.

Rolando & Jose from the Ned Stevens team did a great job on cleaning the gutters. They finished the job in an hour and also cleaned up the area around the house before they left. Great job. Would definitely hire them again.
