Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

After making an appointment they showed a week early said they do not make appointments and missed cleaning a gutter. I wanted to be home hence the appointment and the gutter would not have been missed. Not very accommodating on phone.
