Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

So I paid for Ned Stevens LLC to come out on Friday and expected them the following week. I was told that I do not need to be home because they will show up between (7:00-3:30) when they have a break in their schedule. I would rather have a scheduled time but they were upfront that they do not schedule times. Saturday morning they showed up at 10:00 and walked my high and steep roof to clean gutters and downspouts. The 1st set of professionals that came out and were gone within 20 minutes. The agreement was minor repairs which in our initial discussion, was to re-attach the gutters to the house along with the cleaning and testing water flow. The gutters were not reattached and I do not think the waterflow was tested. After calling the company and explaining my skepticism about the job and that the gutters were not re-attached, they sent a 2nd crew who did a great job by re-attaching the gutters and I watched them attach a water-hose an... read more
