It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

I appreciate how the workers began while I was in the bed. I also was able to talk to them so they understood exactly what I needed done.

Was able to do work when I was not there. Left yard clean.
The crew arrived early. They were efficient and finished in no time. There was an issue involving removing the gutter screens (info was not mentioned in the work order). This caused a discrepancy in the quote. Customer service quickly resolved the issue, and work proceeded as expected.
Customer service is great and everything has been handled as expected. They make recommendations that are needed upon completion of the work which is helpful. Had a bit of a concern with the arrival and the statement of work was incorrect and they took quite some time to return to complete the job. Other than that, I?m part of the service plan and look forward to continued service through next year.

So I paid for Ned Stevens LLC to come out on Friday and expected them the following week. I was told that I do not need to be home because they will show up between (7:00-3:30) when they have a break in their schedule. I would rather have a scheduled time but they were upfront that they do not schedule times. Saturday morning they showed up at 10:00 and walked my high and steep roof to clean gutters and downspouts. The 1st set of professionals that came out and were gone within 20 minutes. The agreement was minor repairs which in our initial discussion, was to re-attach the gutters to the house along with the cleaning and testing water flow. The gutters were not reattached and I do not think the waterflow was tested.
