Sales rep was knowledgeable, offered all the information I want to know before hiring a contractor. Gave me a discount (thank you), however, in the proposal emailed to me in minutes of our conversation the total did not reflect the agreed upon price. I called back to speak with the Sales Rep, who said to ask for him, which I did, I could not speak with him but with a different person, who sent me a new proposal, which reflected the same total as the first proposal I received. The job was done well and very quickly. Highly recommend them.
They firs t came on a Saturday but we had guests. So they rescheduled the initial visit. They arrived without any pre-notice so we had to quickly close many of the shades. They were asked to bag the gutter debris and did so leaving a clean area around the house.
Very detailed and thorough. Mr. Stevens suggested the gutters get cleaned once each year. Another firm recommended strongly six times at $700. Highly recommend this firm.
