Customer service gave me a good price, and were quick to set up the appointment. They did a good job cleaning my gutters.
They did a good job cleaning the gutters and left the materials bagged at the curb. One of the only companies that will still come out to clean without trying to sell you a gutter guard system first. They left a card saying they found a few problems. We had to call customer service to get the outcome. The rep was vague and then told us to get all new gutters. The 4 is for the vagueness and having to call the call center. They could have left some information on the report.
