We contacted Neighborhood Chimney Services for a fireplace chimney cleaning and were very pleased with all they did. Calling ahead to alert us to their arrival (within the time originally scheduled), their employees were courteous, professional and helpful. They did a great job cleaning our pellet stove chimney pipe. Great guys, friendly and left the area very clean.
We are so pleased with the work Neighborhood Chimney did. They got us in same day, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and installed a cap. Hector Vidal and his crew were knowledgeable and thorough. We will definitely use them again.

Hector, the Neighborhood service technician was extremely knowledgeable about several issues about my fireplace insert. He offer several suggestions which were low cost and extremely helpful. Excellent experience from start to finish. Neighborhood did a good cleaning. I ended up buying two inserts. They took their time explaining the benefits, what would be best for our home. Installation was clean, quick, and professional. Perfect communication throughout. The time estimates were right on the mark. Highly recommend.
I have been impressed by the professionalism of this business, as well as friendly and helpful. During my initial visit to the showroom, the pictures of my home were on a big screen so I could see what needed to be done. Chad and David were able to also show me products, other projects and comparisons. The final product of brand new chimney and fireplace surpassed my expectations!
