Alex the office manager was informative and set up a day and time for the work to be done. Chad the technician arrive on time and explained what he would be doing. He completed the task and clean up and asked if we were satisfied with the job. We would definitely recommend Neighborhood Chimney Service

Technicians that cleaned my stove were extremely thorough. I’ve had the stove cleaned for years and never had it cleaned so well. Pricing is excellent. I would recommend to anyone. They also take before and after pictures of their work!
I hired Neighborhood Chimney Services to inspect and clean our Chimney in July 2019 and had them add 2 liners and a cap in September 2019. Very professional and friendly, all work was documented on a timeline with photos, set a schedule and adhered to it, calls were made after each stage was completed, cleaned up thoroughly.
Excellent quality of the work; Hector and Jason were true professionals, explaining what they were doing and what they were going to do each day. When a problem arose, they solved it with minimal cost. I actually am tempted to start a fire in the fireplace in the middle of August! Lol
I want to thank Neighborhood Chimney Services LLC, particularly, Chad, Hector, Kyle and Andy, for their outstanding service and work on bringing an old 1918 chimney back to life and proper working order. Their pricing was fair but competitive, they explained the scope of project clearly, executed it beautifully and didn't leave a trace of debris behind. I'm grateful for their hardwork today and for giving my house a new lung! I would highly recommend this company. 😊
