Called neighborhood chimney to have a pellet stove installed. This company was excellent about working around my busy schedule. They Removed and disposed of my old wood stove, protected all my carpet with drop cloths. Fully installed my pellet stove Superb workmanship,friendly courteous detail oriented staff,great pricing.

This was a horrible experience. I just wasted $200 plus (because a day of work cost me even more). This "company" basically charged me for vacuuming my wood stove for over an hour. My stove was already clean. Then, they tell me my chimney was not so dirty because i have a new liner...this is after I handed them my credit card. Simply horrible business practices. I'm super disappointed. Please never use this company. Oh wait, there was a receipt left that said they could "fix" other things for a cost of over 11 thousand dolla... read more
