I've been a patient of his for about 3-4 years now. Most of his staff are pleasant, with the exception of the woman you check out with at the end, she has never smiled and definitely seems to dislike her job. Sometimes Dr. Shepler passes you over to his P.A. if you're there for something straightforward, like an annual physical, which can be a bit off-putting, but otherwise he's been pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient each time I've seen him. Neil has been my doctor for over 25 years-has delivered both of my daughters, and is the ONLY doctor who I will see. If there is need for a specialist- I will go with his recommendation. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, sincere, and a real compassionate doctor. I may have to wait occasionally to see him, even with an appointment, however he never makes it feel like you are not the most important, when you are with him. I may sit in the waiting room a while when I go to Dr. Shepler office, however, I will wait as long as it takes. He is an incredibly knowledgable doctor and will always take the time to explain every little detail to you. He has the greatest sense of humor and makes you feel very at ease when you see him. Dr. Shepler has been my doctor for over 15 years and I highly recommend him.
I just switched physicians about seven months ago and I'm so glad that a friend suggested Dr. Shepler. I am able to get in to see him or his PA with short notice. If I am seeing the PA and want to see Dr. Shepler they fit me in. He seems to be very knowledgeable and is always willing to talk about any issues that I have and explains everything completely. I feel so much better having a physician that will investigate my concerns.

EXCELLENT- Always has time for YOU- however, keep in mind that when he is with you, others are waiting, and this pushes back the wait time (punctuality) Neil never makes you feel that he is in a rush-and will always fit you in if it is a true emergency. I have been with him for over 22 years and am still with him-I think that speaks volumes. He also delivered both of my daughters. This guy is a doctor that is knowledgeable in his field-and someone that you can trust. I can not recommend him highly enough-seriously
Nice, and knowledgable but he runs a money mill. Packs patients in, makes them wait, and requires excessive return visits. Yet, good results if you have the time and good insurance.
I worked for Neil and was a former patient as well. He is a great doctor and his patients love him. He is knowledgeable and patient. He has a great bedside manner. His staff is great. Barb and Penny have been with him for many years and are wonderful as well. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Shepler has been my doctor for about 15 years and although I hate waiting for him I have been very safisfied with how easy it is to talk to him and how helpful he is.
