Dr. Shepler is great. He is one of the most intellegent people I have ever met. I am fortunate to have him as my physicaian.
I have been taking my mom, in her 90's, to see Shelpler for 10 years. He is extremely rude to patients when he consistenly overbooks. The receptionists tell me that they book per his instructions. I have never waited less than 1 hour, sometimes up to 3 hours. This is inconsiderate of patients. I still take mom because she likes him - he laughs and jokes with her.
