Great service!
Derrick and all the staff at Nelson Honda were very professional and helpful in getting my back window replaced on my Honda after it exploded. Although it took almost two months that was because the glass was not available. Nelson did all possible to get it repaired as soon as possible
Beth was friendly, professional, prompt, and thorough in her communication with me. Towing service was also prompt and professional. Overall, a very good service experience.

Awesome. Beth Norman is amazing. She made sure I understood my charges and she always makes me feel welcome when I am there. The service tech Chad Boitnott was absolutely great. He came and explained why my tire rotation would not be beneficial. They both aim to please! Nelson has a great crew here. They need to keep them happy because they are part of the backbone of the company.
