I felt comfortable each time I had an appointment . Everyone was friendly. Dr. Shayya and Mike were both knowledgable, caring, and explained everything clearly. Thankyou for your services! I Will most definately refer your practice to others in need.

Dr Shayya showed up an hour late then literally spent 2 minutes barely evaluating me and said he couldn't help without even viewing my MRI or requesting any test. After driving 8 hours round trip for this appointment it was extremely disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMENDED HIM!

For my last visit, I did not speak with Dr. Shayya but only his PA who had no diagnosis, no recommendations, only a referral to the neurologists at another practice who I've already seen multiple times. I was hoping Dr. Shayya would be more knowledgeable.

Issue #1: You don't ever see the doctor. Issue #2 You only have the choice of seeing his two PAs. The first one has no bedside manner and does not seem to know what is going on. The second one is loud, rude, dismissive, unprepared, unhelpful and clearly did not care about her patient. My advice: Stay clear of this place and find a doctor who will see you himself and actually care for his patients.

Appt scheduled took 2 months. Was seen by PA. Who was inexperienced and unfamiliar with my condition. SD came How do you do a proper exam without removing my pants. The MD was no better. Totally unfamiliar with my condition and treatment options. Asked several questions and replied, “I don’t know”. Total waste of time.

Minimal waiting time. The entire healthcare team were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Shayya is the most personable neurologist I have ever been seen by. Speaks directly to you and answered questions so we can understand in layman terms. Thank You all for your caring ways

I made an appointment to see Dr. Shayya as a new patient with a diagnosed serious neurological disease but when I arrived was told by his physician assistant that my appointment would be with her instead. The physician assistant didn’t know the answers to my questions, said she would ask Dr. Shayya about them and call me back in 3 days with the answers, which she did not do. It was difficult enough just getting to his office being confined to a wheelchair but there’s no excuse to be treated in this way by medical professiona... read more

You don't actually see this Dr except for a maybe five minute online 'appointment'. Lots of referrals and a final meeting with his assistant. All of this taking over two months. The kicker was when I was told that it could take up to 10 business day for them to send the final evaluation to the final referral. I asked for a copy and delivered it that day myself.
