Particularly disturbing - Michael, the PA, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Shayya was otherwise. After having me fill out a questionnaire inquiring about my gender status I was a little confused. When I spoke with the doctor I was even more concerned. Upon entering the room he immediately asked me if I had had the vaccine. I explained that I had not, but rather had provable immunity from a recent bout of Covid. He forced me to don a mask. I will not return.
