DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired them to build a 20’ x 20’ garage in May 2021. I was promised a 7 week start date. After numerous issues and numerous phone calls, 3 months later they poured a foundation. Absolutely unsuitable for building. Honeycomb on entire perimeter, short pins, rebar just thrown in and wire mesh on that was not pulled into concrete. Very shoddy! **BEWARE of The CONTRACT!!** April 30, 2021, I took New Creations Builders to court for damaging my existing driveway while building my new garage (completed July 19, 2019). The Garfield courts dismissed the charges, because New Creations Builders have a clause in their contract that states "Contractor cannot guarantee any cracks or Spalding to new or existing concrete/driveway/garage pads/asphalt, but does guarantee that he will use a gravel base.....etc. In other words, this clause in their contract allows them to damage w... read more

Customer service is an absolute joke with this company. The actual Amish builders were amazing but the management of this company is HORRIBLE. Impossible to get a hold of, refuses to return calls. I would absolutely not recommend doing any business with them.

I think that New Creationsg garage builders do a lowsy job. They have inexperienced people who the let work on the roof. I paid 3300 for a roof last year and it is still rippling and coming a loose. I have called them several times to address this concern and they have not returned my call. if you want your roof done correctly and to last a long time I suggest you use a reputable garage roofing company.

I purchased the materials and had a foundation ready for these individuals. They messed up cuts on most of the materials running up an extra bill of over 600$ they meet me hapf way on this after threatening with an attorney. Next problem that didn’t realize until about 4 months later is they never put bracing on the trusses for my garage which is causing them to bow out wards and the front and back of the garage’s siding is pushed outwards do to this.
