Very organized. Brought 3 kids who all needed cleanings, plus 2 needed ortho appts and one needed a consult and it went so smooth. Staff explained each child’s need very thoroughly.

Love the staff at New England Kids . They are amazing with the kids and will let them know exactly what they are doing . Been going to this Dentist Office for over 20 years , of course different Dentists have come and gone, but the professionalism never stopped

We’ve been coming here for the past 8 years and I cants say enough how great all the hygienists, dentists and orthodontists are! My kid is a fearful patient and they always work hard to make him comfortable and set him at ease. If I could give 6 stars I would!

My daughter has been coming her for I believe 2+ years and I can’t really complain. They are professional kid friendly and polite! Sometimes you do wait some but that’s expected. (My opinion) Most importantly my daughter whom is seven doesn’t mind going to the dentist. Which coming from any child is a plus!!!

We had a different hygienist since our appt was on the weekend. She was also excellent. She was very knowledgeable and gave feedback about something I did not know. Very positive and was wonderful with my son. Thank you.

My children have been patients since they were in foster care....we stayed on after transition and adoption.. we even added a child...we’ve love our experience and care....I mentioned today to the receptionist that the history and demographics tool has only male / female option for gender. Many Heath are organizations are adopting a more gender affirming approach and updating practice tools. Simply adding an other category would be good...keep up the great work! Thank you!

I have always raved about service, friendliness, and the great people here over the passed 5 years. First time disappointed this week. We had and 8:00 appt for a cleaning, that took about 10 minutes, we had to wait for the dentist to come in to do a quick check, and she doesn't arrive until 8:30, and we were told most times she runs late. So why make 8:00am appts knowing patients need to wait 20 minutes or more to see the dentist? And we were told if she was late, we would have to come back at another time. Really?
