We have been coming here since my kids were little and have had no complaints. This time was a different story. My son had a hygienist that was new to the practice. We had no problem with this, but from the minute we arrived, my son's appointment went downhill. To begin, my son was double booked with another patient, so he was actually seen at 4:15, when his appointment was at 3:30 pm. Didn't love it, but those things can happen. I have always raved about service, friendliness, and the great people here over the passed 5 years. First time disappointed this week. We had and 8:00 appt for a cleaning, that took about 10 minutes, we had to wait for the dentist to come in to do a quick check, and she doesn't arrive until 8:30, and we were told most times she runs late. So why make 8:00am appts knowing patients need to wait 20 minutes or more to see the dentist? And we were told if she was late, we would have to come back at another time. Really?
